1. Are tickets required for entry into the venue?

a. The event is open to the public to come watch the action.

i. Admission on Saturday, August 10 will be $10 per person and paid at the door. Children 10 and under are free. Buy tickets here

ii. Admission is free Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

3. Where can I park?

a. Parking is available in Lot F. Lot F is across the street from Hall H, and is accessible from Calliope St.

5. What are the security procedures?

a. Visual Check upon entry

6. Clear bag policy?

a. Clear bags are not required

7. Are you allowed to bring your own chair?

a. Yes, a small personal folding chair.

9. Are you allowed to bring food and beverages?

a. You can bring your own empty water bottle. There are water bottle refill stations throughout the convention center.

b. Food and drink storage containers (cooler, ice chest, etc.) are not allowed in the building

10. What time are doors opening for the tournament?

a. 7:00 AM – Thursday

a. Yes, surrounded by Mardi Gras floats with general seating behind each baseline.

b. This year, we are excited to add a Grandstand Court to PickleFest. It will have Mardi Gras floats on one side with general seating behind two baselines.

a. Yes, the venue is cashless.

18. Is there a check-in? What time?

a. Players should check in at least 30 min before they play each day at the check in desk. On the first day you check in you will receive your player bag, on the other days you just need to check in, so we know all the teams are present.

19. How many games will be played?

a. The number of matches will be ultimately decided on by registration, but we will do our best for everyone to have six (6) games.

20. Where will the brackets be posted?

a. All brackets will be posted on the tournament website on Sunday, August 4, 2024.
